  • Can I Cancel My Order?

    Once the order process is completed, the cancellation process cannot be carried out. After your order is delivered, you can either refuse the package from the courier or fill out the digital return form to start the return process.
  • How can I return a product purchased from www.yomratur.com?

    1. After logging into www.yomratur.com, click on "My Account" in the top right corner and select "My Orders." Then, click on the order you wish to return.
    2. Click on the product you want to return, select the return reason, choose the cargo company for the return, and check the "I have read and accept the Return and Shipping Terms" box, then click on the return request button.
    3. You can return your products within 7 days using the free shipping code that appears on your screen, by sending them with the selected cargo company.
     
  • What is the return period?

    For unused products purchased from our online store, the return period is 14 days. *** Returns will not be accepted for products sent without filling out the digital return form. Products sent without a digital return form will be returned to you.
  • Will I have to pay the shipping fee when returning my product?

    You can return the products free of charge by filling out the digital return form and using the provided return shipping code with the cargo company of your choice. Returns will not be accepted without a digital return form. Products sent without a digital return form will be returned to you.
  • I returned my order before receiving it. Will the shipping fee be refunded?

    If you return your order before receiving it from the courier, the shipping fee you paid will be refunded to you along with your order amount.
  • The return shipping code is showing as invalid. How can I get a new return shipping code?

    "Return shipping codes provided for product returns are valid for 7 days in the cargo companies' systems. If you do not ship the product within 7 days, you can request a new shipping code by going to My Account – My Orders – Return Process.
    To be able to request a new shipping code, the 30-day period from the date of delivery of the product to you must not have passed. If this period has passed, the return process cannot be completed."
  • The cargo company is not picking up my return shipment.

    Since the cargo company arranges daily courier operations, you need to request a courier service every day for your product returns. For example, if you made a courier request yesterday and the cargo company could not pick up your product, you must make the request again today.

    If you have made the request again and the courier still does not come to pick up your product, you can contact the cargo company's customer service for further assistance.

    *Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) may prevent the courier from accepting your request.
  • I received an SMS/email saying my order was canceled without my knowledge.

    Orders may be canceled due to insufficient information or if the product does not meet quality standards for shipping. If your payment has already been made in the event of a cancellation, the refund will be processed according to your payment method.
  • How is the return process handled for credit card purchases?

    For credit card purchases, the return process starts after the product(s) reach our warehouse and pass the quality control process. You will be notified by SMS once the quality control is completed. Your return process will begin after receiving the SMS.
  • How is the return process handled for bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery orders?

    If you made your purchase using "Bank Transfer/EFT" or "Cash on Delivery/Credit Card Payment" methods from our online store, after requesting a return, the return process will be carried out after Yomratur Accounting department verifies the conditions of your return request. The refund can be done through one of the following methods:

    • We will refund to the IBAN number you provide, including your TC ID number and the associated name.
