  • Is it possible to have my order gift-wrapped and add a gift note?

    You can select the "I want gift wrapping" option under the product you added to your cart and write your special gift note in the "Enter Gift Note" section.
  • Can I make changes to my order?

    Changes cannot be made to orders once they are created. However, you can refuse delivery of the products and return them if you wish.
  • Are the prices of the products I purchased inclusive of VAT?

    All products listed on our website are offered for sale with prices inclusive of VAT.
  • How can I use gift vouchers or discount coupons?

    If you would like to place an order using a discount code or Joker points, you can add them in the Discount Code or Joker Points section under My Cart.
    - Joker Points and Discount Codes cannot be used at the same time.
  • I am receiving an error message during the ordering process and cannot complete my transaction. What should I do?
