• Can I place an order with a bank transfer/EFT?

  You can place your order by sending the full order amount via bank transfer/EFT to the IBAN number provided below. • What should I pay attention to when placing an order with a bank transfer/EFT?

  Please make sure to enter “ATM Dış Ticaret Pazarlama A.Ş.” in the recipient section, and your order number in the description section after completing your order. After the payment transaction, your order will be approved within 1 business day at the latest. (Weekends are not included.)

• Can I place an order with BKM Express?

  After adding your product(s) to your cart, you can select the BKM Express option from the "Payment" section and complete your order by filling in the relevant information in the "Complete Shopping" section.

• Can I place an order with points or a discount code?

  You can use your points or discount codes in accordance with the terms for your order. Shipping fees cannot be covered with points or discount codes.

• How does the return process work for orders placed with cash on delivery?

  You can find detailed information about the return conditions and process for purchases made with the cash on delivery option in the "Cancellation and Return" section.

• How can I make a payment when using the cash on delivery option?

  With the cash on delivery option, you can pay either by credit card or in cash. You cannot make any payment other than the payment method you have selected while placing your order.

• I cannot use the cash on delivery option. What is the problem?

  The cash on delivery option is unavailable if:
  - You have a previous order with cash on delivery that is still in "pending" (not yet delivered) status.
  In all other cases, you can securely use the cash on delivery option. If you believe this is not the case and still cannot use the cash on delivery option, you can contact us via email at musteridestek@joker.com.tr or by calling our customer support at 0 850 200 14 14.

• Is there a service fee for cash on delivery orders?

  For orders above 190 TL, no shipping fee is charged. The service fee for cash on delivery is 4.90 TL. For orders under 149 TL, a shipping fee of 14.99 TL + 4.90 TL service fee applies. For orders between 150 TL and 189.99 TL, a shipping fee of 10.99 TL + 4.90 TL service fee applies.

• Which cargo company delivers cash on delivery orders?

  Cash on delivery orders are delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo.

• How can I place an order with cash on delivery?

  To complete your purchase with cash on delivery, you need to select the "Cash on Delivery" option during the payment step, among the first options: "Credit Card Payment," "Bank Transfer Payment," and "Cash on Delivery."
