• I don't know/forgot my password, how can I find it?

  Click on the "Membership" button located in the top right corner of our site, then click the "Forgot My Password" button under "Member Login." Enter the email address or phone number you provided when registering on joker.com.tr to retrieve your password.

• How can I update my membership information?

  Log in to your membership account and click on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of the screen. Through the menu that appears, you can update your address and password. For other updates, you can reach us via the email address musteridestek@joker.com.tr.

• When will my membership be active?

  Your account will be active immediately after completing the membership process.

• How can I register?

  Click on the "Membership" section located in the top right corner of our website, then click on the "Sign Up" option, fill in the relevant fields on the registration page, and complete your membership process.

• How can I change my password?

  Log in to your membership account and update your password through the "Change Password" section under "My Account."
